Maddy is very sweet and a wonderful childcare practitioner, working with some fabulous families spanning from a single boy who has special educational needs to a family with 4 boys. She has a wonderful ability to connect and for children to warm to her immediately with her quiet, calm and happy disposition. Maddy has the ambition to use her Chinese studies to go to Asia and work and teach with children in the near future now that she has finished her university degree, mixing her passion for her language proficiency in Mandarin and looking after children. You will soon see that Maddy’s approach to children is caring and tentative with the young ones as well as making things fun for the older children in her charge as she loves to have fun, and using the outdoors to explore and find bugs – if they can! – displaying her natural affinity with nature play, creativity and craft.
