Emma is a respected nanny, and is a delight as soon as you meet her. She also comes to your family booking with a unique and lovely mix of also undertaking the commitment of being an Early Years teacher which she is completing her Degree and training this summer and has decided to train and dedicate her placements in Primary school notably from reception up to Year 3. The combination of being a nanny and working as a young learner’s teacher has given her a raft of experience and enjoyment and you will soon see that Emma thrives and builds a wonderful rapport with all the children in her charge. Emma has dedicated her young career to children and being the best child practitioner she can be, spending a summer with an agency dedicated to nursery bank staff. Emma found being in the baby room’s a wonderful experience and the need to move around to different places depending on where the staff shortages were, gave Emma a great insight to lots of different establishments and children alike! This has given her an exemplary reputation, which you will certainly soon notice after meeting her. You will find Emma to be very friendly with a happy and sunny disposition, as well as always being flexible and understanding regarding the needs of the parents. Emma along with all of our other care givers on The Hotel Nanny register, have child care related qualifications, at least 4 years of experience, has been DBS checked, has her Paediatric First Aid certificate, all references have been checked, and each nanny has undergone an extensive interview process with myself, the owner of The Hotel Nanny.
